On behalf of commercial clients, I conduct contract and settlement negotiations. Sharing offices and logistics with a group of boutique law firms, I cooperate with experts in the UK (England & Wales as well as Scotland), several EU and non-EU countries, South Africa and Namibia, the US and Canada, when indicated.
